With over twenty five years of marketing and sales experience in the USA, UK and Australia, Peter's detailed knowledge of both the multi-national and entrepreneurial healthcare business, provides complementary results for the Device Technologies Group of companies.

His marketing background guarantees that the management of the company is directed towards customer needs and customer satisfaction. His international contacts ensure the company is at the forefront of healthcare technology, with state of the art medical and surgical devices.

Peter has assembled an executive management team that reflects his own experience and interests in the provision of advanced healthcare solutions.

Managing Director
Kevin brings over thirty (30) years of specialty healthcare sales, marketing and management experience to the company. Kevin has a diverse knowledge of the key areas of public and private healthcare in the region and of the market forces and dynamics which prevail.

With key relationships throughout many specialty faculties, he enjoys the respect and loyalty of the medical and surgical community. Kevin's knowledge and understanding of the ever-changing healthcare market has been instrumental in the introduction of many new technologies and advances.

Having served on the Board of the industry association (MTAA) for 8 years, he continues to forge the avenue of change for technology access, device reimbursement and most importantly, improved patient outcomes.

Working alongside his business partners and loyal staff, Kevin has helped build Device Technologies into Australasia’s largest independent medical device company. 
 
Graham Lenzner

Chairman & Non-Executive Director
With over 30 years experience in stockbroking, investment and senior management with industrial corporations, Graham brings a wealth of management, finance and strategic planning experience to Device Technologies.
 
He was an Executive Director of the Armstrong Jones / Pacific Mutual Group from 1985 and Joint Managing Director from 1994 to 1997 when taken over by ING. He was previously Chairman of Aevum Limited until acquired by Stockland in 2010.  Graham is currenty also Chairman of Heemskirk Consolidated Limited. He has a Batchelor of Economics degree from Sydney University.
 
Bill Mackarell

Bill retired from corporate life in 1996 after a career spanning almost thirty years in the book publishing industry. During this time he worked for a number of international publishing houses, initially in sales and marketing with responsibilities across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. He then spent more that twenty years as the CEO of the Australian subsidiary of three different international book publishing companies.
 
Since 1996 Bill has operated his own consulting business with assignments in strategic planning, acquisitions, management recruiting, business valuations and has acted as an adviser to company boards. He has acted as a mentor to a number of chief executives across a wide range of industries and, with a group of colleagues, recently established Coraggio, an organisation dedicated to improving and developing leadership skills of CEO's. Bill is also a non-executive director of five companies, including Device Technologies.
 
Denis Hogg

Denis Hogg held the position of Chief Executive of Epworth Foundation from 1987 until early 2007.  During this period he oversaw the development of the hospital to be the largest Private Hospital in Victoria, and initiated many concepts not previously present in the private sector.

Currently, Denis is a Director of Eastern Health, which incorporates Box Hill, Maroondah, Healsville and Angliss Hospitals and a number of other Health facilities.

He is a past Director and President of the Australian Private Hospitals Association, a past Director and Chair of HESTA Super Fund, and holds a number of other directorships in private companies.

Denis holds the Degrees of Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science, all from the University of Melbourne. He has a wide range of experience in a number of industries, and in 2006 was awarded the Order of Australia (AM) for his contribution to the Private Hospital Industry.

Denis was appointed to the Board of Device Technologies Australia Pty Ltd in 2007.

Nick has over 20 years professional experience, including senior roles in private equity, management consulting and marketing.  He is currently Managing Director of RMB Capital Partners, a leading Australian mid-market private equity investment company.

Nick received his MBA from Columbia Business School in New York and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.  Nick is also currently chairman of Coverforce, an insurance broker, as well as a non-executive director of Seafolly Australia, NDA Group, and Heavy Maintenance Group.
 
Robert Scherini
 
Robert (Rob) Scherini
Non-Executive Director
Rob is a past Managing Director for Johnson & Johnson Medical Australia/NZ and has held senior management positions both locally and internationally. He has a strong track record of growing businesses and brings to the Board a wealth of experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Operations and Supply, Legal, Human Resources and Information Technology.

Rob is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and was a Member of the Board of the Medical Technology Association of Australia (MTAA) for nine years. He has been a strong advocate of Human Resources Strategy and was recognised as Best HR Champion at the 2004 Australian HR Awards. In 2007 was awarded a Rotary International Fellowship for his assistance to the community.

More recently Rob has devoted his time to consulting and mentoring. He remains a Board member of a listed health care company and Senior PArtner of a healthcare consulting practice. He is also a member of the Executive Advisory Council of the Faculty of Health at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).
 
Mick Trevaskis
 
Michael (Mick) Trevaskis
Director Sales and Marketing
Following graduation as a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Nursing), Mick commenced his medical career as a Registered Nurse in Melbourne and during the next four years gained valuable clinical experience in his clinical specialty, Oncology. He then joined a family business in country Victoria where he developed a desire to pursue a career in business and sales.

In August 1998 Mick joined Device Technologies as the Orthopaedic Product Specialist for Victoria and Tasmania. He was quickly appointed to the position of Orthopaedic Product Manager and then National Business Manager Orthopaedics in August 1999.

In January 2003 he moved to Sydney to take up the position of National Sales Manager and in November 2006 became Director Sales and Marketing, with responsibility for the management of all sales and marketing activities undertaken by Device Technologies.
