Intuitive has advised that its operational systems, including da Vinci, ION and its digital platforms, were not impacted and remain safe and operational.

The incident relates to access within Intuitive’s internal business administrative systems and did not involve product systems or clinical platforms.

Hospital and healthcare provider networks operate independently from Intuitive systems and are managed by the respective organisations’ IT teams.
