Commencing at Device in 2004 in Sales and Marketing Ophthalmology, Glenn soon moved into Sales Management. In 2008 he accepted a secondment to Perth to lead the establishment of a direct sales, marketing, and distribution operation for Device Technologies.
Since his return to Sydney in 2010, Glenn has been the Business Manager for several portfolios, including Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, Operating Theatre and Central Sterilisation Department equipment, he also oversees Device Technologies Registered Training Organisation.
